ab 1. Mai 2027 eine_n 1 Trainer_in für den Bereich Werkstattmodul für 21 Stunden / Woche Ihre Aufgaben:

* Aktivierung der Jugendlichen und Einüben der Kompetenzen im fachlichen Bereich und im Bereich derallgemeinen "Arbeitstugenden"

* Inhaltliche Gestaltung des Werkstattmoduls als Berufsvorbereitung

* Aufbau eines professionellen Vertrauensverhältnisses mit dem/der Jugendlichen und Beziehungsarbeit unterAbstimmung mit den Kolleg:innen im Coaching

* Vermittlung von Basiskompetenzen in der Wissenswerkstatt

* Mitgestaltung sportlicher Aktivitäten und externer Workshops

Die Anforderungen:

* Eine abgeschlossene (handwerklich/technische) Berufsausbildung mit der Bereitschaft zu einer pädagogischenWeiterbildung oder

eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in den Bereichen Sozialarbeit, (Sozial-) Pädagogik, Psychologie oder einegleichwertige

* Ausbildung mit handwerklichen/technischen Vorkenntnissen aus der Wirtschaft.

* Verständnis für und Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen

* Freude an der Arbeit im Team, Reflexionsfähigkeit, Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

* Belastbarkeit und eine optimistische Lebenseinstellung

* PC-Grundkenntnisse, moderne Medien und kaufmännische Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Flexible Vereinbarung der Arbeitszeiten, z.B. bei Betreuungspflichten. Aufteilung der Arbeitszeit auch an 3 Tagen möglich (vorzugsweise DI, DO, FR)

Mindestgehalt auf Basis Vollzeit (37 Wochenstunden) nach SWÖ-Kollektivvertrag, Verwendungsgruppe 7:

3.074,80 brutto monatlich je nach Vordienstzeiten
