Zur Verstärkung unseres Finanz Departments suchen wir ab sofort eine:n engagierte:n Mitarbeiter:in im Treasury Management, der:die unsere Finanzströme steuert und mit gewinnendem Auftreten Türen öffnet. Dein Verantwortungsbereich

* Banken überzeugen & Partnerschaften leben: Du führst souveräne Bankgespräche, präsentierst uns von unserer Schokoladenseite und gewinnst jede Bank für unsere Vision.

* Cash-Treiber:in & Liquiditäts-Profi: Du steuerst die täglichen Cash-Positionen, treibst ausstehende Gelder aktiv ein und hältst unsere Liquidität am Puls der Zeit.

* Smart Forecasting: Mit scharfsinnigen kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Cashflow-Planungen gibst du dem Management die entscheidenden Steuerungsinstrumente an die Hand.

* Finanzierungsstruktur: Du gestaltest Finanzierungen, Kreditlinien und Intercompany-Darlehen vorausschauend und dynamisch.

* Risikomanager: Du behältst FX-Risiken fest im Blick und setzt clevere Sicherungsstrategien um.

* Prozess-Optimierer: Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung unserer Treasury-Prozesse voran, statt nur Standards zu verwalten.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Treasury, Corporate Finance oder Banking (internationales Umfeld von Vorteil)

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Cash Management und in der Liquiditätsplanung

* Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Treasury-Management-Systemen wünschenswert

* Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit

* Souveränes, gewinnendes Auftreten, exzellente Kommunikationsstärke und echtes Verhandlungsgeschick

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
