Im Rahmen der Implacementstiftung "JUST2JOB" im Auftrag / Kooperation mit dem AMS Wien, suchen wir für die Firma EORY Technik GmbH in Wien 10 ab sofort für eine 1 verkürzte Lehrausbildung zur/zum Bürokauffrau /mann - eine Person zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren

Über das Unternehmen

Von unserem modernen, EDV-unterstützten Büro aus organisieren und realisieren wir kurzfristig Störungsdienste, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten im Bereich der Installationstechnik. Darüber hinaus planen und koordinieren wir sämtliche Elektromontagearbeiten im Alt-, Neu- und Umbausektor, bei Dachbodenausbauten, Altbausanierungen, Büroinstallationen und im Industriehallenbau.

Zu unserer Kundschaft zählen Privatpersonen, Gewerbebetriebe, Hausverwaltungen, Industriebetriebe sowie teilweise öffentliche Auftraggeber.

Was Sie erwartet:

* Sie bekommen eine verkürzte Lehrausbildung über 18 Monate und werden durch die Herausforderungen des Arbeitsalltags begleitet

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Office und Marketingbereich

* Erstellung von Marketingunterlagen

* Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail oder persönlich

* Bearbeitung von Anträgen, Offerten und weiteren Unterlagen

Was SIE mitbringen:

* Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

* Zuverlässiges und genaues Arbeiten

* Selbstbewusstes Auftreten, Lernbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement

* Leidenschaft, Authentizität und Teamgeist.

* Deutschkenntnisse C1 die eine einwandfreie Kommunikation gewährleisten

* Freundlichen und gepflegtes Auftreten

Finanzielle Absicherung während der Ausbildung

Sie werden im Rahmen der Implacementstiftung "Just2Job" eine verkürzte Lehre und ein betriebliches Praktikum absolvieren. Für die Dauer der Ausbildung erhalten Sie weiterhin Arbeitslosengeld, Notstandshilfe oder Beihilfe zur Deckung des Lebensunterhaltes (mindestens € 33,86 proTag) und zusätzlich monatlich einen Bildungsbonus von EUR 250,00.

Ziel:

Eintritt in ein ordentliches Dienstverhältnis im selben Unternehmen nach Ausbildungsende.

Mindestgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis nach Ausbildungsende mit abgeschlossenem Lehrabschluss € 2199,15 (brutto).
