Ihre Aufgaben:

* Aktive Gewinnung von Neukundinnen und Neukunden sowie gezielte Ansprache potenzieller Kundinnen und Kunden

* Betreuung und ergebnisorientierter Ausbau bestehender Gastronomie-, Hotellerie- und Handelskunden

* Betreuung von Abholkunden im Markt

* Aktiver Verkauf unseres Produktsortiments sowie Erkennen und Ausschöpfen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Umsatzpotenzialen

* Regelmäßige persönliche Besuche bei bestehenden und potenziellen Kundinnen und Kunden

* Professionelle Fachberatung sowie Vorstellung neuer Vertriebskonzepte und Zusatzleistungen

* Welcome-Funktion bei Neukundinnen und Neukunden inklusive persönlicher Begrüßung, Marktbesichtigung und Vorstellung relevanter Ansprechpersonen

* Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Führung von Verkaufs- und Konditionsverhandlungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit unseren internen Vertriebsbereichen

* Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Getränke- und Weinkarten

* Kompetente Ansprechperson bei Fachfragen und Reklamationen

Ihr Profil:

Wir suchen Menschen und kein Personal. Daher ist es uns wichtig, dass Sie sowohl persönlich als auch fachlich gut zu uns passen. Sie sind der richtige Mensch für den Job, wenn Sie folgende Qualifikationen und Eigenschaften mitbringen:

* Abgeschlossene gastgewerbliche und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Getränkefachhandel oder in der Gastronomie in F&B

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Diplom-Sommelier/Sommelière bzw. fundierte Wein- und Getränkekenntnisse

* Erfahrung im Außendienst von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstarke, beziehungsorientierte und gewinnende Verkäuferpersönlichkeit mit hoher Kundenorientierung

* Freude an Beratung, aktivem Verkauf und langfristigem Beziehungsaufbau

* Kaufmännisches, lösungs- und abschlussorientiertes Denken

* Proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität und der Wille, eigeninitiativ etwas zu bewegen

* Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Begeisterungsfähigkeit

* Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und Outlook
