Wir suchen engagierte Persönlichkeiten, die Freude daran haben, Teil unseres Erfolgs zu sein

IHR AUFGABENGEBIET

* Serviceorientierte und kompetente Beratung unserer Stammkunden sowie Gewinnung von Neukunden im Baugewerbe (z.B. Baumeister, Verputzer, Baustoffhändler, etc.)

* Optimierung der Verkaufsaktivitäten im zugeteilten Verkaufsgebiet durch Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien und Aktionen

* Direkter Ansprechpartner für Fragen, Reklamationen und Serviceleistungen

* Durchführen von Produktschulungen

* Reporting und Dokumentation: Erfassung von Besuchsberichten und Umsatzberichten sowie Pflege des CRM-Systems

* Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Events

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in der bautechnischen Beratung und mehrere Jahre Verkaufspraxis, vorzugsweise in einer verwandten Branche

* Technisches Verständnis, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (idealerweise Salesforce)

* Kundenorientiertes Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

* Wohnsitz im Verkaufsgebiet
