* Beratung von Kund:innen im Schauraum und bei konkreten Projekten

* Beratung bei den Kund:innen Vorort

* Planung individueller Badezimmerlösungen

* Aktiver Verkauf mit klarer Gesprächsführung

* Übersetzung von Kundenwünschen in umsetzbare Konzepte

* Abstimmung mit Technik und Umsetzung

Das bringen Sie mit

* Erfahrung im Verkauf und/oder in der Planung von Sanitär- bzw. Badlösungen

* Erfahrung mit entsprechender Planungssoftware (AutoCAD, Palette CAD odgl.) von Vorteil

* gute MS Office 365 Kenntnisse

* Gespür für Design, Materialien und Raumwirkung

* Fähigkeit, Gespräche aktiv zu steuern und Entscheidungen herbeizuführen

* Klare, direkte und ehrliche Kommunikation

* Lösungsorientiertes Denken auch bei komplexeren Anforderungen

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein (B)

Hinweis zur Entlohnung und Bedingungen:

Mindestentgelt € 2.362,- brutto pro Monat bei Vollzeitanstellung (38.5h/W.; lt. KV Handel Beschäftigungsgruppe D), bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur freiwilligen Überbezahlung.
