Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum ehest möglichen Eintrtt in Vollzeitbeschäftigung 4 Versicherungsspezialist im Innendienst (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben:

Erstellung von Offerten und Vergleichen: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Angebotserstellung in verschiedenen Versicherungssparten.

Aufbau und Pflege von Geschäftsbeziehungen: Du gestaltest aktiv neue Partnerschaften und pflegst langjährige Beziehungen zu unseren Geschäftspartnern.

Kundenanfragen beantworten: Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen und unterstützt unsere Vertriebspartner in ihrem Serviceprozess.

Schadensfallbeantwortung: Du kümmerst dich um Erstauskünfte, leitest Anfragen weiter und überwachst die Bearbeitung von Schadensfällen

Evidenzführung und Kundenbetreuung: Du behältst den Überblick über offene Geschäftsfälle und sorgst für eine transparente Dokumentation. Zudem beantwortest du Kundenanfragen mit Fachkompetenz.

CCA 9 Administration: Du verwaltest unser Maklerprogramm mit hoher Effizienz.

Was wir von dir erwarten:

Umfangreiches Versicherungsfachwissen: Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Versicherungsbereich.

Technisches Know-how: Du beherrscht MS-Office und verfügst über Kenntnisse in CCA/TOGETHER sowie einzelner Maklerportale.

Unternehmerisches Denken: Du zeichnest dich durch einen ausgeprägten Geschäftssinn, ein souveränes Auftreten und gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit aus.

Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsstärke: Du punktest mit Entscheidungsfreude und Verhandlungsgeschick.

Selbständiges Arbeiten: Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Selbständigkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich.

Teamplayer-Qualitäten: Du bist teamfähig, flexibel und einsatzbereit.

Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung: Die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden steht für dich an erster Stelle.

Arbeitszeit:

Montag bis Freitag nach Absprache

Vergütung:

Dein jährliches Mindestgehalt beträgt 42000 Euro brutto. Bei besonderer Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist auch ein höheres Gehalt möglich.
