Dein Profil

* Verkaufstalent: Du gehst gerne auf neue Kund_innen zu und kannst Menschen von einer guten Lösung überzeugen. Erfahrung im Außendienst ist von Vorteil, engagierte Quereinsteiger_innen sind ebenfalls willkommen.

* Auftreten: Du kommunizierst sicher, argumentierst klar und führst Verkaufsgespräche bis zum Abschluss.

* Organisation: Du planst deine Kund_innentermine und Touren selbstständig und behältst deine Verkaufschancen im Blick.

* Mobilität: Für deine Termine im Raum Salzburg benötigst du einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

* Sprachkenntnisse: Der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten

* Neukund_innengewinnung: Du sprichst gezielt Unternehmen im Raum Salzburg an und baust dir einen eigenen Kund_innenstock auf

* Beratung und Verkauf: Du berätst Kund_innen direkt vor Ort, nimmst den konkreten Bedarf auf und stellst die passende Sicherheitslösung zusammen.

* Angebot & Abschluss: Du erstellst Angebote, führst Preis- und Vertragsgespräche und bringst Aufträge zum Abschluss.

* Gebietsbetreuung: Du planst deine Kund_innentermine selbstständig, beobachtest den regionalen Markt und betreust gewonnene Kund_innen weiter.

* Gehalt & Provision: Dein Jahresbruttogehalt liegt laut KV Handel, Beschäftigungsgruppe C bis D, zwischen € 31.514 und € 33.068 auf Vollzeitbasis. Die konkrete Einstufung richtet sich nach deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Zusätzlich erhältst du eine ungedeckelte Provision.
