Die Abteilung Umweltschutz (MA 22) ist mit zentralen Aufgaben eines vorsorgenden, integrativen und partnerschaftlichen Klima- und Umweltschutzes in Wien betraut. Dazu gehören Biodiversitätsförderung, strategisches Luftgütemanagement, Natur- und Landschaftsschutz, nachhaltige Entwicklung, Lärmschutz, Abfall- und Ressourcenmanagement, der Betrieb des Wiener Luftmessnetzes sowie umfassende behördliche, legistische und Sachverständigen-Tätigkeiten.

* Sie unterstützen die Kolleg*innen bei behördlichen Aufgaben in umweltrechtlichen Verfahren

* Sie wirken an der Lösung komplexer verwaltungsrechtlicher Problemstellungen mit

* Sie führen einfache Verwaltungsverfahren eigenständig und effizient durch

Ihr Profil

* Sie haben einen Hochschulabschluss im Bereich der Rechtswissenschaften (bitte Zeugnisse beilegen)

* Sie sind überdurchschnittlich an Themen des Klima- und Umweltschutzes interessiert

* Sie verfügen über lösungsorientiertes Handeln und Denken

* Sie arbeiten gerne und konstruktiv im Team

Unser Angebot

Sie erhalten einen grundlegenden Überblick über die Struktur und die Aufgabenfelder des Magistrats der Stadt Wien sowie:

* Anstellung in Vollzeit (40 Wochenstunden)

* Erwerb von praktischer Erfahrung beim effizienten Führen von Verwaltungsverfahren

* Erwerb von Kenntnissen zur fachlichen Auseinandersetzung mit den konkreten Rechtsmaterien

* Anleitungen zur Lösung komplexer verwaltungsrechtlicher Problemstellungen

* Erlangung von Sicherheit bei der Führung von Besprechungen oder Verhandlungen

Ihre Praktikumsbetreuung begleitet Sie während des Praktikums. Am Ende des Praktikums erhalten Sie eine Praktikumsbeurteilung.

Der Ausbildungsbetrag beträgt in den ersten 3 Monaten 2.457 Euro brutto monatlich, danach 4.098 Euro brutto monatlich (40 Wochenstunden).

Dauer des Praktikums: 6 Monate, Option auf Verlängerung auf maximal 12 Monate insgesamt

Voraussichtlicher Beginn: 1.2.2027
