1 Werkstattleiter für Nutzfahrzeug- und Aufbautechnik (m/w/x) Jobnummer: 2095 Oberösterreichischer Zentralraum Vollzeit

Diese Position umfasst die operative Leitung des Werkstatt- und Servicebereichs für hochwertige Sonderfahrzeuge und komplexe mechatronische Aufbauten. Die Rolle vereint die Koordination anspruchsvoller Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Serviceprojekte mit der Führung eines engagierten Werkstatteams.

AUFGABENGEBIET

* Werkstattbetrieb: Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen, sicheren und effizienten Ablaufs im täglichen Werkstatt- und Servicegeschäft.

* Einsatzplanung: Vorausschauende Koordination von Fachpersonal, Werkstattmaterial sowie den technischen Prüf- und Arbeitsgeräten.

* Auftragssteuerung: Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung der Service- und Instandsetzungsaufträge von der Kundenanfrage bis zur finalen Übergabe der Fahrzeuge.

* Schnittstellenfunktion: Zentrale Drehscheibe zwischen Kunden sowie den internen Fachabteilungen Produktion und Engineering.

* Materialwirtschaft: Steuerung des Ersatzteilwesens zur Sicherung einer permanenten Verfügbarkeit für die Werkstatt.

ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. KFZ-Technik, Land- und Baumaschinentechnik, Nutzfahrzeugmechanik) sowie eine erfolgreich absolvierte Meisterprüfung oder Werkmeisterausbildung.

* Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion im Werkstatt- oder Serviceumfeld eines technischen Betriebes.

* Fachwissen: Fundiertes Verständnis für komplexe Hydrauliksysteme, Pneumatik und mechatronische Systemaufbauten sowie die sichere Analyse von elektrischen Schaltplänen.

* IT & Sprachen: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und modernen Werkstattsystemen sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Kompetenzen: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und ein souveränes, durchsetzungsstarkes Auftreten.

* Berechtigungen: Führerschein der Klasse B ist Voraussetzung, die Klasse C / CE sowie ein Staplerschein sind für den Betrieb von großem Vorteil.

ENTLOHNUNG

Für diese Position wird ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 4.900,- geboten. Eine entsprechende Überzahlung ist abhängig von der spezifischen Qualifikation und einschlägigen Berufserfahrung ausdrücklich vorgesehen.
