Lebensmitteltechnologie kommt es zur Besetzung einer Stelle als 1 Wissenschaftliche*r Mitarbeiter*in mit Doktorat im

Forschungs- und Lehrbetrieb (Referenznummer 196)

Beschäftigungsausmaß: 40 Wochenstunden

Dauer des Dienstverhältnisses: ab 15.12.2026, befristet bis 14.12.2027

(mit Option auf befristete Verlängerung)

Einstufung gem. Univ.-KV, Verwendungsgruppe: B1 lit. b

Bruttomonatsgehalt: (abhängig von der anrechenbaren Vorerfahrung) mind.: € 5.014,30

Aufgaben

º Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeit als PostDoc im Forschungs- und Lehrbetrieb der AG

Lebensmitteltechnologie

º Erarbeiten von Prozess-Produkt-Wechselwirkungen unter Berücksichtigung

verfahrenstechnischer und materialwissenschaftlicher Grundsätze

º Durchführung von Praktika und Vorlesungen im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie mit

den Schwerpunkten thermische Verfahren und Haltbarmachungstechnologien

º Eigene wissenschaftliche Weiterqualifizierung (z.B. Habilitation) u.a. in den Bereichen

nachhaltige Prozessentwicklung, kombinierte thermische und nicht-thermische

Verfahren, Prozessanalytik, Modellierung, Digitalisierung

º Betreuung und Co-Betreuung themenrelevanter Bachelor- und Masterarbeiten sowie

Dissertationen

º Akquise und Bearbeitung von Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit Industrie- und

Forschungspartner*innen

º Einwerben von Drittmitteln im Rahmen nationaler und internationaler

Forschungsförderung

º Wissenschaftliche Publikationstätigkeit

Aufnahmeerfordernis

º Abgeschlossenes Doktorat Lebensmitteltechnologie bzw. themenverwandt

ºAbgeschlossenes Diplomstudium in Lebensmitteltechnologie, Verfahrenstechnik,

Lebensmittelwissenschaften, Biotechnologie, Chemieingenieurwesen oder gleichwertiges, thematisch passendes Studium

ºSprachkenntnisse: Englisch C1 oder Deutsch B2, Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache von Vorteil

Weitere erwünschte Qualifikationen

ºAusgewiesene Kenntnisse im Bereich thermischer Lebensmittelverarbeitung, Prozess- und Haltbarmachungstechnologien

ºDidaktische Fähigkeiten und Nachweis erfolgreicher Lehrtätigkeit

ºErfahrungen in der Beantragung und Abwicklung von Forschungsprojekten

ºSelbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft im Team
