Aufgaben

º Forschung und Lehre im Bereich der Getreide- und Backwarentechnologie

º Durchführung einer Promotion mit besonderem Fokus auf Backwaren aus alternativen

Getreidesorten ist erwünscht

º Grundlegende chemische und physikalische Charakterisierung von Rohstoffen,

Zwischenprodukten und Endprodukten

º Bestimmung der ernährungsphysiologischen Eigenschaften von Rohstoffen,

Zwischenprodukten und Endprodukten

º Entwicklung von Verarbeitungsmethoden für Backwaren

º Sensorische Analyse von Produkten

º Beteiligung an den Lehraufgaben der Arbeitsgruppe Lebensmitteltechnologie

º Unterstützung des Bereichs Lebensmittelanalytik innerhalb der Arbeitsgruppe

Lebensmitteltechnologie

Aufnahmeerfordernis

º Abgeschlossenes Diplomstudium in Lebensmitteltechnologie oder gleichwertiges,

thematisch passendes Studium

º Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch C1 oder Deutsch B2, Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen

Sprache von Vorteil

Weitere erwünschte Qualifikationen

º Erfahrungen im Bereich Backwaren und Getreidewissenschaft

º Fachwissen und praktische Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelanalyse

º Didaktische Fähigkeiten
