(befristet auf 3 Jahre) Organisationseinheit: Klinisches Institut für Pathologie und MolekularpathologieEintrittsdatum: 07.01.2027Anzeigennummer: 60900-2026-002133Unser Forschungsprojekt "Analysis of response to Immunotherapy in MSI tumors: Evaluation and Prediction of Response to Immunotherapy in Microsatellite Instable Carcinomas" untersucht die molekulare und zelluläre Heterogenität mithilfe modernster Multi-Omics, räumlicher Transkriptomik (Spatial Transcriptomics) und computergestützter Pathologie (Computational Pathology), um Erkenntnisse über Tumorbiologie, Therapieresistenz und die Entwicklung von Biomarkern zugewinnen.Das Projekt wird von einem interdisziplinären und internationalen Team aus Pathologinnen, Molekularbiologinnenund Expertinnen für computergestützte Pathologie durchgeführt und bietet ein innovatives Umfeld für die translationale Krebsforschung.Wir suchen einen PhD-Kandidatin mit fortgeschrittenen Programmier- und IT-Kenntnissen (Computational Expertise), um die Datenanalyse, -integration und Methodenentwicklung zu leiten. Diese Rolle ergänzt unser bestehendes Team aus hochqualifizierten Molekularbiologinnen und Laborant*innen und konzentriert sich auf computergestützte Pathologie, räumliche Omics-Analysen (Spatial Omics) und Bioinformatik für große, komplexe Datensätze.Ihre Aufgaben:º Entwicklung und Pflege robuster Bioinformatik- und Biostatistik-Pipelines º Integration und Analyse von RNA-, Protein- und Whole-Slide-Imaging-Datenº Leitung von Machine-Learning- und Deep-Learning-Ansätzen für die digitale Pathologieº Anwendung von In-situ-Multiomics-Plattformen auf der Datenseiteº Management von High-Performance-Computing-Workflows für Whole-Slide-Bilder º Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Netzwerk mit jährlichen Präsenztreffen º Dokumentation und Präsentation der Ergebnisse in internen Besprechungen, auf Konferenzen und inPublikationen Mitwirkung an der Lehre sowie an der Co-Betreuung von Studierendenº Etablierte digitale Pathologie-Workflows (z.
