Als Wohnbereichsleiterin übernehmen Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung eines Wohnbereichs. Sie führen und fördern Ihr Team, gestalten Abläufe aktiv mit und sorgen für eine hohe Pflegequalität. Dabei bleiben Sie nahe an den Bewohnerinnen und der pflegerischen Praxis. Die Weiterbildung gemäß § 64 GuKG kann bei Bedarf während der Arbeitszeit absolviert werden, die Kosten werden vollständig übernommen. Gehalt

Einstufung nach Caritas-Kollektivvertrag, Verwendungsgruppe III, abhängig von Qualifikation und Vordienstzeiten.

Vollzeit: € 3.319,40 bis € 3.917,90 brutto/Monat zzgl. Leitungszulage (€ 610,00) und Pflegezuschuss (€ 135,50).

30 Wochenstunden: € 2.691,41 bis € 3.093,08 brutto/Monat zzgl. aliquoter Leitungszulage und Pflegezuschuss.

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als DGKP mit gültiger Registrierung

* Weiterbildung im Pflegemanagement oder Bereitschaft zur Absolvierung

* Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege

* Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmanagement, Pflegeprozess und Pflegedokumentation

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und EDV-Kenntnisse

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamorientierung
