Das AMS Wagramerstraße sucht für eine moderne Zahnarztpraxis mit Ordinationen in 1220 und 1090 Wien

im Zuge einer persönlichen Vorauswahl 1 Zahnärztliche/n Rezeptionist/in (m/w/d)

Wir suchen eine motivierte und freundliche Rezeptionistin (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an unseren beiden innovativen Praxisstandorten!

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patienten

* Terminvereinbarung und -koordination, telefonisch und vor Ort

* Rechnungslegung und Bearbeitung

* Sorgfältige Führung und Verwaltung von Akten und Terminen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team, um einen reibungslosen Praxisalltag zu gewährleisten

* Selbstständiges Aus- und Bearbeiten von Projekten

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Erfahrung im Front Office, im Idealfall in einer Zahnarztpraxis oder im medizinischen Bereich

* Engagement, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Serviceorientierung

* Verlässlichkeit und Pünktlichkeit zeichnen Sie aus

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten

* Freundliches und souveränes Auftreten

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Outlook, Excel und Word)

* Flexibilität zwischen den Arbeitsstandorten 1090 und 1220 Wien

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau), Englisch von Vorteil

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
