DEINE MISSION

Als Zugplaner_in sorgst du dafür, dass aus vielen einzelnen Bausteinen ein funktionierender Zugverkehr entsteht.

* Planung und Koordination unserer Zugläufe mit Kunden, Terminals, Partnerbahnen und internen Fachbereichen

* Organisation von Plan- und Ad-hoc-Trassen sowie Koordination notwendiger Trassenänderungen

* Planung des operativen Personaleinsatzes, insbesondere von Lokführer:innen, Verschieber:innen und Wagenmeister:innen

* Planung des Lokomotiveinsatzes unter Berücksichtigung betrieblicher Anforderungen und Wartungstermine

* Koordination externer Leistungen wie letzte Meile, Terminal-Slots und Abstellungen

* Überwachung geplanter Verkehrsabläufe und Koordination kurzfristiger Anpassungen

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen Kunden, Partnern und internen Bereichen

* Pflege und Dokumentation betriebsrelevanter Daten in unseren IT-Systemen

* Kurz gesagt: Du planst voraus, koordinierst die entscheidenden Ressourcen und bringst unsere Züge auf Kurs.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

* Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition, Verkehrswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung im Eisenbahnverkehr, Schienengüterverkehr oder in der Bahnlogistik von Vorteil

* Verständnis für operative und logistische Abläufe

* Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Kommunikations- und Koordinationsstärke

* Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Flexibilität und souveräner Umgang mit zeitkritischen Situationen

* Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Du wartest nicht darauf, dass Planung passiert. Du gestaltest sie aktiv mit.
