Hlavní odpovědnosti:o Spolupracovat s vedením prodejních kanálů na definování regionálních priorit, cílových zákazníků a požadovaného marketingového dopadu na obchodní příležitosti a tržby generované partnery. o Řídit a realizovat regionální marketingové plány pro prodejní kanály podporující strategické cíle růstu, včetně aktivace partnerů, generování poptávky a rozvoje zákaznických účtů.o Identifikovat a aktivovat příležitosti s vysokým potenciálem, včetně oslovování neaktivních či utlumovaných zákaznických účtů a realizace kampaní zaměřených na jejich opětovné zapojení.o Realizovat lokalizované kampaně zaměřené na segment malých a středních podniků (SMB), efektivně využívat globální obsah a přizpůsobovat jej regionálním potřebám a požadavkům partnerů.o Spolupracovat s týmy Channel Sales, Global Industry Planning a regionálními (Zone) týmy na sladění investičních priorit a výběru programů s nejvyšší návratností investic (ROI).o Zajišťovat, aby se marketingové programy promítaly do reálných obchodních příležitostí pro partnery.o Působit jako hlavní kontaktní osoba pro tým partner enablementu a proaktivně koordinovat a komunikovat aktivity regionální realizace marketingových kampaní (např. akce, živé webináře), aby se partneři mohli efektivně zapojit, znovu využívat obsah a zvyšovat jeho dosah.o Odpovídat za sledování výkonnosti napříč celým procesem generování poptávky, včetně obchodních příležitostí vedených partnery, jejich postupu a konverzí.o Poskytovat regionální poznatky týkající se prodejních kanálů a zastupovat hlas regionu vůči týmům pro tvorbu obsahu a centrálním týmům.o Spolupracovat s datovými a obsahovými týmy na optimalizaci cílení, investic a efektivity kampaní a zajišťovat bezproblémovou komunikaci regionálních marketingových aktivit směrem k partnerům pro maximální dopad.o Jasně komunikovat se všemi zainteresovanými stranami, aby byla zajištěna shoda, transparentnost a přehled o plánech a dosažených výsledcích.Požadované dovednosti a schopnostio Silná znalost marketingu prodejních kanálů a generování poptávky prostřednictvím partnerů.o Schopnost převádět obchodní priority do realizovatelných marketingových programů.o Zkušenosti se spoluprací napříč regionálními týmy, partnery a mezioborovými stakeholdery, včetně prokázané schopnosti propojit komunikaci mezi interními realizačními týmy a partnerským ekosystémem.o Analytické myšlení a schopnost využívat data pro podporu rozhodování.o Výborné komunikační schopnosti a dovednosti ovlivňování stakeholderů, zejména při koordinaci komplexních marketingových iniciativ napříč interními týmy i externími partnery.o Schopnost pracovat proaktivně a samostatně.Zaměstnanecké výhody: Stravenkový paušál, příspěvek na penzijní připojištění či životní pojištění
