Foundational Services Developer Enablement and Security (FDS) is building One Software Engineering System (OSES) - a unified, configurable developer platform that streamlines development workflows, reduces developer toil, and accelerates innovation across Siemens. OSES provides a paved path for developers with integrated onboarding, tools, and best practices that increase productivity and deliver measurable business value.

Your new responsibilities

  • Drive adoption and business value by promoting OSES usage across clients and teams, focusing on measurable outcomes and return on investment
  • Translate technical features and toolchain capabilities into tailored business benefits and use cases for each client, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Set, measure and report key performance indicators such as adoption, return on investment, developer productivity and time-to-market to stakeholders and leadership
  • Cultivate senior-level relationships across business units and act as a trusted advisor, aligning technology with business priorities and digital transformation roadmaps
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery by collaborating with product, engineering, enablement and support teams to remove blockers and secure successful rollouts

Your talents and experience

  • You have a technical or business university degree and relevant professional experience
  • You have proven experience in technical account management, customer success management or similar roles supporting enterprise customers
  • You demonstrate a strong ability to bridge technical and business perspectives and influence senior stakeholders
  • You possess consultative selling and business-case development skills, with a data-informed mindset for defining and tracking adoption and impact metrics
  • You work proactively, solution-oriented and strategically, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities at all organizational levels
  • You are fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
