The posting

Location: Mumbai,Maharashtra,India

SiftHub is an Agentic Platform for Deal Orchestration. We deploy agents to automate sales collateral, deal briefs, RFPs, and post-meeting follow-ups; unblocking deals for sales and solutions teams.SiftHub collates and sifts through your ecosystem (Drive, Gong, CRM, Slack, and more) to identify and convert real-time deal signals into tailored content and ready-to-execute actions. Designed to replicate how top-performing reps execute deals. Trusted by revenue teams at Saviynt, Allego, Superhuman, Sirion and more.

Why This Role Exists SiftHub reaches users across multiple surfaces: a web app, a Chrome extension that surfaces AI intelligence mid-call and mid-workflow, a Microsoft Office add-in, and a Google Sheets add-on. The frontend experience is the product. We need a senior engineer who can own it across all of these: architecture, performance, and the bar enterprise users will hold us to.

What You’ll Own

  • The Chrome extension, Office add-in, Sheets add-on, and React/TypeScript web app: architecture, performance, reliability, and cross-surface consistency
  • Component systems and design token infrastructure the team builds on
  • Frontend performance: load times, rendering, memory, and extension lifecycle
  • Integrating AI outputs into clean, responsive UIs, working closely with NLP and backend engineers
  • The frontend quality bar: code reviews, patterns, and technical standards

Must-have

  • 4+ years of production experience with React and TypeScript
  • Strong command of the modern frontend stack: state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar), Webpack or Vite, and testing with Jest/Vitest, React Testing Library, or Playwright
  • Deep experience with at least one non-web surface (browser extensions, Office add-ins, or Google Workspace add-ins), including its platform constraints, lifecycle, and edge cases
  • Strong opinions on component design and state management, with the ability to reason about trade-offs, not just implement
  • Hands-on performance profiling and optimization in production
  • Writes tests as part of development, not as an afterthought
  • Builds clean, accessible, maintainable interfaces and can clearly articulate design decisions

Good to have

  • Chrome extension internals: content scripts, service workers, and messaging patterns
  • Office.js or Google Sheets API experience
  • AWS and CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions)
  • B2B SaaS experience and a feel for enterprise UI expectations
  • Exposure to AI or LLM-powered product surfaces, especially streaming output

Who You Are

  • You care about the last 5%: micro-interactions, edge cases, and polish
  • You push back on UX decisions when something feels off, and have the design intuition to back it up
  • You’re energised by early-stage ambiguity and can build a path where there isn’t one
  • You communicate clearly with designers, PMs, and backend engineers

What We Offer

  • Hard UX problems: making AI output feel fast and trustworthy inside the tools people already use
  • Direct access to the founder
  • Competitive salary plus ESOPs
  • Best-in-class dev tools and AI assistants
  • Health insurance
  • In-office in Mumbai, 5 days a week. We value building together in person.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
