Notre client, acteur reconnu de la sous\-traitance de précision, recherche un Décolleteur Citizen R04/R07/L12/L20 100% H/F/X afin de renforcer son équipe de production.

Véritable référent technique, vous prenez en charge la programmation, le réglage et l'optimisation des moyens de production dédiés à la fabrication de composants complexes à forte valeur ajoutée destinés notamment aux secteurs horloger, médical et microtechnique.

Vos responsabilités

\- Programmer et mettre en train un parc de décolleteuses CNC de type Citizen. \- Réaliser les réglages complets des machines et assurer le lancement des séries. \- Élaborer, modifier et optimiser les programmes afin de garantir la qualité et la productivité. \- Concevoir et mettre au point les gammes d'usinage pour les nouvelles références. \- Assurer le suivi de production et intervenir en support technique auprès des opérateurs. \- Effectuer les contrôles dimensionnels en cours de fabrication. \- Analyser les non\-conformités et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires. \- Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus de fabrication.

Votre profil

\- CFC de polymécanicien, mécanicien de production, décolleteur ou formation jugée équivalente. \- Expérience confirmée dans la programmation et le réglage de décolleteuses CNC. \- Bonne maîtrise des langages ISO et des logiciels de programmation associés. \- Connaissances des machines Citizen. \- Expérience dans l'usinage de composants de haute précision. \- Maîtrise des outils de contrôle conventionnels et de la lecture de plans techniques.
