CUSTOMER

Our Customer is a rapidly growing AI-driven biotech platform company focused on transforming pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Their mission is to help life sciences organizations increase production efficiency, lower operational costs, and reduce material waste through intelligent automation and AI-powered solutions.

PROJECT

The project focuses on developing a scalable AI biomanufacturing platform that combines modern software engineering with machine learning capabilities. The platform enables pharmaceutical and biotech companies to optimize production processes through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights. You will contribute to the architecture, development, and deployment of mission-critical product features while working in a highly collaborative cross-functional environment.

Job Description

  • Design and develop scalable Full Stack features for the AI biomanufacturing platform
  • Own product functionality end-to-end from architecture to production deployment
  • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
  • Collaborate with ML Scientists and Data Engineers to integrate AI capabilities into the platform
  • Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, and technical documentation
  • Mentor Junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
  • Communicate directly with pharma clients and domain experts to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial Full Stack software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript for backend development
  • Experience with frontend development and modern web technologies
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, API design, and distributed systems
  • Experience delivering production-grade software with scalability and reliability considerations
  • Good understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
  • Ability to take ownership from problem discovery to solution delivery

WILL BE A PLUS

  • Experience working in regulated industries such as GxP, GMP, or HIPAA environments
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or LLM-powered products
  • Background in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biomanufacturing domains
  • Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
