Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, une entreprise reconnue pour son savoir\-faire dans les métiers d'art horloger et la réalisation de composants haut de gamme, nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste en Décoration Mécanique Horlogère.

Nous recherchons un professionnel confirmé, capable d'allier expertise technique, maîtrise des machines conventionnelles et autonomie, tout en contribuant à la transmission du savoir\-faire au sein de l'atelier.

Mécanicien décors horloger

Vos responsabilités

  • Réaliser les opérations de décoration mécanique sur des composants de mouvements horlogers haut de gamme.
  • Effectuer différentes techniques de décoration : côtes de Genève, colimaçonnage, soleillage, sablage, perlage, cerclage, dressage, ainsi que d'autres finitions spécifiques.
  • Assurer la préparation, l'utilisation et les réglages des machines de décoration dédiées.
  • Utiliser des machines conventionnelles, notamment un tour Schaublin 102 et une fraiseuse, pour la réalisation et l'adaptation de posages.
  • Garantir la qualité esthétique et technique des composants, dans le respect des exigences et des délais de production.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production, qualité et logistique, dans le respect des processus établis.
  • Participer à la formation et à la montée en compétences d'autres collaborateurs afin d'assurer la continuité des activités et du savoir\-faire.

Votre profil:

  • Expérience confirmée dans la décoration mécanique de mouvements horlogers, avec une excellente connaissance des machines et des procédés associés.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de décoration, notamment du colimaçonnage et des côtes de Genève.
  • Formation de polymécanicien CFC, mécanicien de précision ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
  • Solides compétences en mécanique conventionnelle, particulièrement sur tour et fraiseuse.
  • Capacité à réaliser et adapter des posages de manière autonome.
  • Des connaissances complémentaires en épargne ou dans d'autres procédés de finition horlogère constituent un atout.
  • Personnalité autonome, polyvalente, rigoureuse et fiable, avec un excellent sens du détail.
  • Esprit d'équipe, sens des responsabilités et aptitude à transmettre ses connaissances.
