Référent Contrôle Qualité

Nous recherchons un·e professionnel·le du contrôle qualité, capable d’allier expertise technique, sens de l’organisation et coordination opérationnelle. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la conformité des composants et des produits finis, en veillant au respect des exigences de qualité et à la fluidité des activités de contrôle.

Vos responsabilités

  • Contrôle technique et esthétique : réaliser les inspections des composants et des produits finis, identifier les éventuelles anomalies et vérifier leur conformité aux critères définis.
  • Validation des nouveaux produits : contribuer aux contrôles et à la qualification de nouvelles références, en collaboration avec les équipes internes et les partenaires fournisseurs.
  • Coordination des activités : organiser et répartir les contrôles quotidiens en tenant compte des priorités et des besoins des différents services.
  • Gestion des non\-conformités : analyser les défauts identifiés, participer à la recherche de solutions et assurer le suivi des actions correctives avec les interlocuteurs concernés.
  • Traçabilité et suivi informatique : garantir la fiabilité des résultats, documenter les contrôles effectués et assurer les mouvements de marchandises ainsi que les opérations de validation dans l’ERP.
  • Application des standards qualité : veiller au respect des procédures, des instructions de travail et des exigences de contrôle en vigueur.
  • Amélioration continue : contribuer à l’évolution des pratiques, identifier les axes de progrès et remonter les difficultés opérationnelles afin de soutenir l’atteinte des objectifs du service.
  • Collaboration d’équipe : favoriser une communication constructive avec les différents départements et contribuer à une organisation de travail efficace.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée en contrôle qualité, idéalement dans l’horlogerie ou dans un environnement industriel de précision.
  • Vous maîtrisez les contrôles visuels, esthétiques et dimensionnels de composants et de produits finis.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les instruments de mesure et de contrôle adaptés à votre domaine d’activité.
  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension des processus qualité et du traitement des non\-conformités.
  • Vous êtes habitué·e à utiliser un ERP pour effectuer des transactions et assurer le suivi des opérations.
  • Vous possédez de bonnes capacités d’organisation et savez gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, faites preuve de fiabilité et communiquez de manière constructive.
  • Vous êtes force de proposition et souhaitez contribuer activement à l’amélioration des processus.
