About Signant Health At Signant Health, we help bring life-changing treatments to patients faster. We are a global evidence generation company that supports clinical trials with smart technology, scientific expertise, and hands-on operational support — so better data leads to better decisions in healthcare. We embrace AI and advanced technologies to enhance every aspect of what we do, from data analysis to operational efficiency.   Our teams work at the intersection of science, technology, and patient experience, delivering digital solutions powered by AI innovation that make clinical trials more efficient, more accurate, and more accessible around the world. Trusted by leading pharmaceutical companies and CROs, our platforms and services support studies across more than 90 countries and have contributed to hundreds of new drug approvals.    If you are motivated by meaningful work, global impact, and innovation in clinical research and digital health — including the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies — you will find purpose and opportunity at Signant Health.   We have an immediate opening for a General Manager, RTSM & Study Supplies.   About the Role:    The General Manager, RTSM & Study Supplies holds full profit-and-loss (P&L) accountability for the company's Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) solution and Study/Clinical Supplies business — including clinical supplies solutions, connected sensors, and devices used in clinical trials. This role leads global service delivery for the RTSM platform alongside end-to-end supply chain operations, including software implementations, fulfillment, returns, warehouse management, and patient/site support. The GM is accountable for both the commercial performance (revenue, margin, growth) and the operational execution (delivery quality, logistics, service levels) of the business unit and serves as the single point of executive accountability across technology delivery and physical supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:

P&L & Business Ownership: Own full profit-and-loss accountability for the RTSM and Study Supplies business unit, including revenue growth, gross margin, and operating expense management; develop the annual operating plan and pricing strategy; report business performance to executive leadership. Solution & Product Portfolio Leadership: Own the strategic roadmap and lifecycle for the RTSM platform, clinical supplies software, and connected sensors/devices portfolio; partner with Product Management and Engineering on investment priorities; ensure the portfolio remains compliant with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, data privacy). Global Service Delivery: Lead global delivery teams responsible for RTSM study builds, configuration, testing, and go-live support; ensure delivery quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction targets are met; standardize delivery processes to drive operational efficiency and scalability. Supply Chain & Logistics Operations: Oversee end-to-end clinical supplies operations, including forecasting, fulfillment, packaging, labeling, distribution, and returns/destruction; manage the global network of warehouses and depots, inventory, demand planning, and vendor/carrier relationships. Client & Site Support: Ensure global support operations for supplies and device-related client and site inquiries meet service-level targets; drive continuous improvement in support quality, responsiveness, and first-contact resolution. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a global, cross-functional organization spanning delivery, supply chain/logistics, warehouse operations, and support functions; set organizational structure, staffing plans, and talent strategy; foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales on deal support, scoping, and pricing; collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, and Compliance on audit-readiness; work with IT/Engineering on device integration and platform reliability; partner with Finance on forecasting and margin improvement.

  What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, supply chain, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical trial technology, clinical supplies/logistics, or CRO/pharma operations, including at least 5 years in a P&L-owning role. Demonstrated experience managing global service delivery and/or supply chain/logistics operations, ideally within clinical trials, pharma, or medical device industries. Experience managing global, multi-site, or matrixed teams. Strong commercial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margin management. Working knowledge of GxP, GMP/GDP, and clinical trial regulatory requirements as they relate to supplies and technology.

  Nice to Have:

Prior experience at a CRO, clinical technology vendor, or clinical supplies/logistics provider. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), IRT platforms, and IoT/device connectivity. Track record of driving margin improvement and operational scaling in a global services business.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
