The role

We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administrator. Your contributions will be instrumental in the continual enhancement of our Dynamics 365 F&O ERP platform and connected systems.

You will work with the team to improve the day-to-day productivity and operational effectiveness of the entire company and ensure the reliability of our accounting, invoicing, and finance operations through intelligent workflows, reliable data, and scalable systems. This role is key to shaping our finance and business processes and requires a blend of technical Dynamics 365 expertise and business analysis.

As our Dynamics 365 Administrator, you'll step into a pivotal role in ensuring user- and business satisfaction and the seamless operation of the Signicat Dynamics 365 platform. All group accounting runs through this system, and it is also the source of all outbound customer invoicing, so your work has a direct, daily impact across the company. You will have a large customer base across all our colleagues and locations, where your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Act as Dynamics 365 F&O Administrator, working alongside Finance and our external service provider to maintain, optimize, and develop our Dynamics 365 platform and its integrations with connected 3rd party components and services, including our CRM (Salesforce), external subscription management and billing systems.
  • Ensure that our accounting and invoicing operations are running efficiently. This involves maintaining and improving our Record-to-Report flows and related finance processes.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders — particularly Finance, Accounting, Group Controlling and internal IT — to gather and analyze business requirements, scope solutions, and translate them into functional specifications. This includes acting as a business analyst to identify areas for process improvement and designing scalable solutions on the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
  • Contribute to the mapping and improvement of end-to-end enterprise process flows, including those interacting with our CRM (Salesforce) and other core business platforms.
  • Hands-on configuration and improvement of the Dynamics 365 F&O platform through all phases of development/configuration and deployment.
  • Hands-on configuration of new and existing Dynamics 365 F&O features, including user management, roles/security, permission sets, custom entities, forms, fields, and business/validation rules.
  • Understanding of and experience with Dynamics 365 F&O customizations and common configuration flows.
  • Creation of well-written documentation, both process and functional — including internal knowledge to reduce reliance on external consultants.

  • You are proficient in all aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform Finance & Operations and have a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and flows.
  • You are technical and want to grow. This implies that you preferably have knowledge and/or experience with the administration of the Dynamics 365 F&O platform and its different service offerings.
  • 3+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O administrator experience, release management, and deployment expertise.
  • Functional knowledge of 3rd party applications that integrate with Dynamics 365, particularly CRM (Salesforce), external subscription management, and billing systems.
  • Experience with CRM functionality and an understanding of core enterprise processes (e.g., record-to-report, order-to-cash) and their integration points with Dynamics 365 is highly beneficial.
  • You have experience and a deep understanding of accounting and invoicing processes and how these are supported by the Dynamics 365 F&O platform and connected systems.
  • You hold a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certification, and we greatly appreciate and recognize the value of substantial practical experience.
  • Experience in business analysis, gathering requirements, and scoping business processes is highly desirable.
  • You enjoy having close contact with people where you can understand different points of view.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests.
  • You speak and write English fluently.

Salary

2,900-3,750 €/mon. gross. We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
