Verkaufssupport/Technische:r Sachbearbeiter:in Automation (alle)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von passgenauen Offerten für Gebäude\-, Prozess\- und Arealautomation (MSRL/GA, Leitsysteme, Raumautomation).
  • Prüfung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen (Submissionsunterlagen, Pflichtenhefte, Schemata) sowie Klärung technischer und kaufmännischer Schnittstellen mit Kunden und Fachplanern.
  • Unterstützung der Projektleiter und des Key Account Managements im gesamten Bid\- und Verkaufsprozess.
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung von Aufträgen, Nachfassung von Angeboten sowie Pflege der Stamm\- und Projektdaten im ERP/CRM\-System.
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung interner Vertriebs\- und Kalkulationsprozesse.

Das bringst du mit

  • Technische Grundausbildung in den Bereichen Elektroinstallation, Automatiker, Gebäudetechnik (HLKS) oder Systemtechnik.
  • Fortgeschrittene kaufmännische Weiterbildung (z. B. Technische\*r Kaufmann/Kauffrau) oder ein entsprechendes Studium (HF/FH in Systemtechnik, Gebäudeautomation oder Elektrotechnik) bzw. die Bereitschaft dazu.
  • Solide Praxiskenntnisse im Bereich MSRL, Gebäudeautomation oder industrieller Steuerungstechnik.
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Offerten im Schweizer Markt.
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englisch\- oder Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Exakte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Dienstleistungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Schnittstelle zwischen Technik und Kommerz.
