Pienākumi

  • organizēt Pašvaldības policijas darbu atbilstoši noteiktajai kompetencei un nodrošināt normatīvajos aktos noteikto funkciju un pienākumu izpildi;
  • plānot un organizēt preventīvos pasākumus sabiedriskās kārtības uzturēšanai un saistošo noteikumu ievērošanai novada administratīvajā teritorijā;
  • vadīt un motivēt Pašvaldības policijas komandu, nodrošinot efektīvu darba plānošanu;
  • izskatīt administratīvā pārkāpuma lietas un sagatavot lēmumu projektus;
  • izskatīt fizisko un juridisko personu iesniegumus un sūdzības, sagatavojot atbilžu projektus;
  • nodrošināt sagatavoto dokumentu kvalitātes un tiesiskuma uzraudzību;
  • nodrošināt Pašvaldības policijas darba tiesiskumu;
  • uzraudzīt materiāltehnisko nodrošinājumu un sniegt priekšlikumus tā uzlabošanai.

Prasības

  • atbilstība likuma “Par policiju” 21. panta prasībām;
  • augstākā izglītība tiesību zinātnēs;
  • vismaz trīs gadu praktiska pieredze tiesībsargājošas iestādes vai struktūrvienības vadošā amatā, kas iegūta pēdējo piecu gadu laikā;
  • valsts valodas prasme atbilstoši Valsts valodas likuma prasībām;
  • nevainojama reputācija;
  • pašvaldības policijas darbu reglamentējošo normatīvo aktu pārzināšana;
  • pieredze normatīvo aktu izstrādē un dokumentu sagatavošanā;
  • prasme izvirzīt mērķus un sasniegt rezultātus;
  • spēja motivēt komandu mērķu sasniegšanai;
  • lieliskas saskarsmes, komunikācijas un sadarbības prasmes;
  • augsta atbildības sajūta un spēja pieņemt kompetentus lēmumus;
  • spēja risināt problēmsituācijas;
  • ļoti labas prasmes
