1. 设计 Agent 训练数据：针对不同 Agent 任务需求，设计任务场景、交互流程和反馈机制，生成高质量训练数据，支持智能体能力提升。 2. 搭建数据合成 Pipeline：开发自动化数据生成流程，探索规模化构造 Agent 交互数据的方法，包括任务规划、执行轨迹和反馈信息生成。 3. 研究任务驱动的数据构造方法：分析不同应用场景下 Agent 的能力需求，设计覆盖任务分解、工具调用、决策过程和结果反馈的数据样本。 4. 开展合成数据质量评估：建立数据质量分析方法，从任务有效性、数据多样性、逻辑一致性和对模型能力提升效果等角度评估合成数据价值。 5. 参与 Agent 系统实验迭代：结合模型训练与智能体应用效果，分析数据对 Agent 规划、执行和持续学习能力的影响，并推动数据生成策略优化。

1. 招募对象：本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 对大模型 Agent 技术具有浓厚兴趣，希望探索下一代智能系统的发展方向。 3. 具备较强的主动学习能力，能够快速掌握大模型、智能体和数据合成相关技术。 4. 具备良好的逻辑思考和问题拆解能力，能够将复杂任务转化为可执行的数据构造方案。 5. 具备 Python 编程能力，能够完成数据处理、脚本开发或实验验证。 6. 有 LLM 应用开发、Agent 框架使用、数据工程、机器学习项目或相关实践经验者优先。 7. 具备良好的技术阅读能力，能够跟进相关论文和开源项目。 8. 具有较强的实验意识和工程执行能力，能够稳定投入项目研发。 9. 实习安排：线下科研实习；周期3–6个月；每周投入20–30小时。
