1. 参与面向新一代智能体（Agent）的 AI 系统与基础设施（AI Infra）研究，协助开展推理系统、强化学习系统等核心组件的优化与开发。 2. 参与 AI 系统软件开发工作，包括系统模块设计、功能实现、性能调优和工程测试，探索面向智能体原生应用的新型计算架构。 3. 协助搭建和运行大规模 Agent 系统实验环境，完成实验方案设计、系统部署、性能测试及结果分析。 4. 参与长程 Agent 运行时、分布式计算系统及强化学习系统相关研究，探索智能体在复杂任务执行过程中的高效调度、资源管理和持续运行机制。 5. 协助开展 AI 驱动的 AI 系统优化研究，包括自动化性能分析、系统调优和实验验证，提升 AI Infra 的运行效率。 6. 整理实验代码、测试结果和技术文档，参与团队讨论并进行阶段性研究汇报。

1. 招募对象：本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业背景优先。 3. 具备扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握 Python、TypeScript 或 C++ 至少一种编程语言。 4. 了解计算机系统、分布式系统、操作系统或 AI 系统基本原理，对大模型推理、强化学习系统或 Agent 技术具有兴趣。 5. 能够阅读英文技术资料和相关论文，具备独立学习新技术、调试代码和分析实验结果的能力。 6. 具备良好的沟通能力、学习能力和团队协作意识，能够稳定投入科研实践。 7. 以下经历优先：了解并使用主流 AI 开发生态工具；具备大模型应用开发或 Agent 系统开发经验；具备大模型训练、推理优化相关经验；具备 GPU、HPC 或高性能计算开发经验。 8. 实习安排：线上线下结合；实习周期：3–6个月；每周投入时间：30小时以上。
