CQ计划是上海创智学院面向新一轮科研范式变革，以内生性创新驱动的科研基础设施建设工程，目标是系统性构建一个可持续运行、可扩展演化的科研智能基础设施与运行体系。其核心在于推动科研从“以人和经验为中心的手工模式”，迈向“以模型、系统和自动化为核心的智能化模式”，从而重塑科学问题提出、知识生成与成果转化的全过程。在战略层面，CQ计划定位为底座性、长期性工程，其价值不在于短期论文或项目数量，而在于是否能够形成一套可复制、可推广的科研智能运行范式，为更大尺度的高校体系、城市层面乃至国家层面的科研智能建设提供可验证样本。

  • 和科学家团队进行对接，了解他们的科研流程和需求。
  • 使用 Agent 系统复现科学家团队所需的科研流程。
  • 具备 vibe coding 相关经验，能够借助生成式 AI 工具进行快速原型构建、任务探索与协同开发。
  • 熟悉生成式 AI 和大语言模型（LLM）的基本原理、应用方式及发展趋势，对其在科研场景中的使用有实际理解。
  • 了解 Agent 的基本原理，熟悉 Prompt 设计、任务拆解、规划执行、工具调用、上下文管理、长期/短期记忆，skills等关键机制。
  • 完成过 Agent 系统的构建，具备将大语言模型与外部工具、知识库、工作流或业务场景结合的实践经验。
  • 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与科研人员、算法工程师及产品团队高效配合。
  • 在物理、化学、生物、材料、医学等某一方向有了解 。
  • 具备 AI4Science 相关经历，参与过科学研究与人工智能结合的项目、课题或应用实践者优先。
  • 有科研论文发表、科研项目参与或实验室协作经验。
  • 熟悉科研工作流、科学数据处理流程，或对科研自动化、智能科研助手等方向有实践经验。
  • 对 AI 驱动的科学发现、科研协同平台或智能研究系统有持续关注和思考。
