工作职责 •走进真实场景，倾听院领导、导师、管理者的"高频提问"，沉淀结构化 use case •与数据 / 算法工程师搭伙，设计覆盖典型、边界、对抗场景的测试数据集 •搭一套"答得对不对、答得好不好"的多维评估体系，让 Agent 越用越聪明 •直接用 Agent 完成日常工作，沉淀 prompt 模板、工具调用、能力边界的最佳实践 •持续追踪 Agent 的"翻车现场"，反哺下一轮迭代

本科及以上在读，计算机 / 信息系统 / 数据科学等相关专业优先 能把复杂业务翻译成清晰的产品逻辑，用 use case 和指标体系表达 熟悉常见工程术语与 LLM 技术原理（RAG、Tool Use、Prompt Engineering 等），能和工程师聊到一块儿 对 AI Eval / Alignment 真的感兴趣，了解主流 LLM 评测方法 每周到岗 3 天（可包含周末），实习期不少于 3 个月 加分项 有 LLM / Agent 相关产品或研究经验 主导或深度参与过评测集 / 基准建设 懂一点数据处理或原型验证（SQL / Python / BI 工具） 我们希望你是一个 好奇心驱动的人，对"AI 能做什么 / 做不到什么"有持续追问的习惯 表达清晰的人，能把技术语言翻给非技术同学听 落地为先的人，关心需求是否真被解决，而不是停留在 PRD 里
