1. 搭建并维护 MuJoCo/Isaac 仿真环境与数字资产。 2. 编写数据采集与域随机化脚本，批量生成训练数据并进行质量检查。 3. 开发自动化实验流水线（训练–评估–回放–结果对比），整理实验记录。 4. 协助维护仿真–真机接口与代码版本管理，编写工程文档。 5. 参加课题组组会，根据项目进展参与具身基础模型数据侧的实验。

1. 高中生：不要求正式科研经历，具备数学基础、Python 编程能力和对机器人的浓厚兴趣即可。 2. 本科生、硕士研究生：计算机、自动化、机器人工程等相关背景优先，掌握 Python，了解 Linux 与 Git 基本操作，有仿真、游戏开发或工程项目经历者优先；能够阅读英文技术文档；做事细致、有工程规范意识，能稳定投入约定时间。 3. 线上线下结合，实习周期3–6个月，每周预计投入20-30小时。
