The posting

1. 按照标准实验流程（SOP）开展有机反应、催化剂合成及性能测试实验，规范记录实验条件、样品信息、原始数据和质量控制状态，建立结构化实验数据台账。 2. 负责实验表征数据处理与质量分析，包括 GC、HPLC、NMR、XPS 等常用分析数据的整理、解析和异常检测，执行空白样、重复样、标准样等质控流程，保障实验数据可靠性。 3. 根据科研智能体生成的实验推荐方案，开展“主推荐方案—备选方案—对照实验”的验证流程，将实验结果反馈至模型训练数据体系，支持 AI 驱动的化学研究闭环优化。 4. 参与企业合作课题（能源化学、有机化学方向）的实验数据整理、标准化和质量管理工作，协助建立符合行业规范的数据体系。 5. 协助建立实验方法和数据治理流程，探索实验化学与人工智能结合的自动化科研模式。 6. 参加项目组讨论并进行阶段性研究汇报，根据项目进展参与实验方案优化、新实验方法建立及系统迭代。

1. 招募对象：本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 化学、化工、制药、材料等相关专业背景优先。 3. 具备基础实验化学能力，熟悉有机合成、催化反应等常规实验操作。 4. 了解常见化学表征技术原理及数据分析方法，包括：GC、HPLC 等色谱分析；NMR、XPS 等谱学表征；基础实验数据处理与结果分析。 5. 具备 Excel 数据整理和实验数据可视化能力者优先；掌握 Python 数据处理和分析方法者优先。 6. 具备良好的实验记录习惯，重视数据规范、实验可重复性和结果可追溯性。 7. 有以下经历者优先：化学实验课程、科研项目或实验竞赛经历；有机合成、催化实验相关经验；AI+化学、数据驱动化学研究相关经历。 8. 本科生要求：具备化学实验基础知识和较强动手能力；不要求已有正式科研经历，更关注实验能力、责任心和学习兴趣。 9. 硕士研究生要求：具备一定科研实验经验；能够参与实验方案设计、数据分析和研究流程优化。 10. 工作认真细致，能够保证固定实验时间投入，配合“每日实验—数据反馈—模型优化”的闭环研究流程。 11. 对 AI for Science、自主化学研究和实验智能化方向具有持续兴趣，能够稳定投入科研时间。 12. 实习安排：线下科研实习；周期3–6个月；每周投入10–20小时。
