1. 调研社会模拟与智能体技术：阅读并整理社会模拟、大语言模型智能体、群体行为建模等方向的学术论文，跟踪相关领域研究进展。 2. 设计社会模拟应用场景：结合项目需求，参与社会模拟任务设计，包括模拟对象构建、行为规则设计、交互流程规划等。 3. 搭建社会模拟实验系统：参与社会模拟应用系统开发，实现基础功能模块搭建、实验流程设计和系统测试。 4. 开展模拟实验与结果分析：设计实验方案，分析智能体行为模式、群体演化过程及模拟结果，协助优化系统效果。 5. 参与科研协作与成果整理：参加课题组组会，汇报阶段性研究进展，整理实验记录、技术文档和研究报告。

1. 招募对象：本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 具备大模型相关项目基础，计算机、人工智能、统计学等相关专业背景优先；新闻传播、社会学、心理学等相关背景3. 且具备 AI 项目经验者同样欢迎。 4. 具备 Python 编程和机器学习基础，能够完成数据处理、实验开发和基础系统搭建。 5. 对大语言模型、智能体（Agent）、社会模拟或群体智能方向具有兴趣。 6. 有大模型应用开发、智能体系统、数据分析、机器学习项目或 Vibe Coding 项目经验者优先。 7. 能够阅读英文论文和技术资料，具备较好的逻辑分析能力和问题拆解能力。 8. 具备主动学习能力，能够快速掌握新技术，并参与实验设计和系统迭代。 9. 能够稳定投入科研时间，积极参与团队讨论和阶段性成果汇报。 10. 实习安排：线上线下结合；周期6个月以上；每周投入30小时以上。
