1. 智能体方向调研与技术复现：阅读并整理大模型智能体（Agent）、任务规划、工具调用、多智能体协作等方向的前沿论文与开源资料，跟踪相关技术发展趋势。 2. 智能体框架搭建与实验验证：复现并测试主流智能体框架，参与任务分解、工具调用、记忆管理、工作流编排等核心能力模块的搭建与优化。 3. 智能体数据构建与评测体系研究：参与智能体任务数据构建，包括任务指令整理、工具调用轨迹标注、评测集设计以及数据质量检查，为智能体能力提升提供数据支撑。 4. 复杂任务智能体实验分析：设计并开展智能体在复杂任务场景中的实验，评估任务完成率、推理效率、工具调用准确率和系统稳定性等关键指标。 5. 端侧智能应用探索：参与智能体应用场景研究以及端侧部署方向探索，结合智能终端需求开展模型调用、实验验证、性能分析和技术文档整理工作。

1. 招募对象：本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 专业背景要求：计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、数学、统计学、自动化等相关专业优先。 3. 知识基础要求：了解机器学习、深度学习和自然语言处理基本概念，对大语言模型、智能体（Agent）或强化学习方向具有研究兴趣。 4. 编程与实验能力：具备 Python 编程基础，能够使用 Linux 环境完成数据处理、模型调用、实验配置和结果分析。 5. 科研能力要求：不要求已有正式科研经历，更关注学习能力、动手能力和对智能体研究方向的持续兴趣。 6. 文献阅读与分析能力：能够阅读英文技术资料或论文，具备较好的问题分析、实验设计和沟通表达能力。 7. 综合能力要求：能够稳定投入科研时间，持续跟进实验进展，完成阶段性研究任务，并具备良好的团队协作能力。 8. 对以下方向具有研究兴趣：大模型智能体（LLM Agent）、任务规划与工具调用、多智能体协作、智能体记忆管理、端侧智能部署与模型优化。 9. 实习安排：线下科研实习；周期6个月以上；每周投入30小时以上。
