1. 跟踪大语言模型（LLM）、智能体（Agent）等方向的前沿技术进展，阅读并复现代表性研究方案，整理实验报告、技术文档或开源成果。 2. 参与教育大模型数据工程工作，包括教育数据采集、清洗、整理、标注及指令数据构建，协助产出高质量训练数据集。 3. 参与大模型训练、微调、推理部署及效果评测工作，分析模型在教育场景中的能力表现、应用效果及存在的问题。 4. 探索大模型与教育场景结合的方法，包括教育智能体、知识增强、个性化学习等方向，参与相关功能开发与实验验证。 5. 协助完成项目研发过程中的实验记录、结果分析、技术文档整理及阶段性成果汇报。

1. 招募对象：本科生。 2. 专业背景要求：计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数据科学、教育技术、认知科学等相关专业或交叉学科背景优先。 3. 知识储备要求：掌握数据结构、机器学习、深度学习或自然语言处理等基础知识，了解大语言模型与智能体基本原理。 4. 技术能力要求：熟悉 Python 编程，能够使用 PyTorch 等深度学习框架开展实验；具备 Linux、Git、模型 API 调用或工程开发能力者优先。 5. 项目经历要求：有人工智能相关科研、课程项目、开源项目或学科竞赛经历者优先；具备大模型微调、RAG、智能体开发经验者优先。 6. 综合素养要求：具备较强的学习能力、探索精神和团队协作意识，能够主动利用 AI 工具提升研发效率。 7. 对人工智能与教育融合方向具有持续兴趣，关注教育大模型、智能教学系统及 AI 辅助学习等前沿应用。 8. 本科生重点考察 AI 认知能力、编程基础、学习能力和实践探索能力，欢迎具备较强 AI 协同工作能力的同学参与。 9. 实习安排：线下科研实习；周期3–6个月；每周投入10–20小时。
