The posting

1. 与物理、化学、生物、材料、医学等领域科研团队进行沟通，理解科研流程、研究需求和实际应用场景。 2. 调研并分析科学智能体、生成式人工智能、大语言模型（LLM）及 AI4Science 相关技术，探索其在科研工作流中的应用方式。 3. 基于 Agent 系统复现和构建科研流程，实现文献检索、知识整理、实验设计、数据分析、模型调用等科研任务的自动化支持。 4. 参与智能体系统开发，包括任务拆解、规划执行、工具调用、Prompt 设计、上下文管理、长期/短期记忆及技能（Skills）机制设计等核心模块优化。 5. 使用生成式 AI 工具进行快速原型开发（Vibe Coding），探索智能体在不同科研场景中的应用效果，并完成系统测试与迭代优化。 6. 协助构建科研智能助手或智能科研平台，参与需求分析、技术方案设计、实验验证和阶段性成果总结。

1. 招募对象：本科生、硕士研究生，计算机相关专业优先，有交叉学科项目背景者优先。 2. 计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业背景优先，具有物理、化学、生物、材料、医学等交叉学科背景者优先。 3. 熟悉生成式人工智能和大语言模型（LLM）的基本原理、应用方式及发展趋势，对其在科研场景中的应用具有理解和实践经验。 4. 了解智能体（Agent）基本机制，熟悉 Prompt 设计、任务拆解、规划执行、工具调用、上下文管理、长期/短期记忆、Skills 等相关概念。 5. 具备 Python 编程基础，能够结合大语言模型、外部工具、知识库、工作流等完成智能体系统开发或快速原型搭建。 6. 具备使用 ChatGPT、Claude、Claude Code、Codex、Cursor 等生成式 AI 工具辅助代码开发、资料调研和问题分析的经验者优先。 7. 有以下经历者优先：AI4Science 项目；科研自动化系统开发；智能助手/Agent 系统构建；科研数据处理；跨学科科研合作经历。 8. 对以下方向具有研究兴趣：科学智能体（Scientific Agent）；AI 驱动科学发现；科研自动化；智能科研协同平台。 9. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与科研人员、算法工程师和产品团队协同推进项目，理解真实科研需求并转化为技术方案。 10. 对“如何利用智能体系统改变传统科研流程，实现从人工驱动到智能化科研模式转变”这一方向具有持续兴趣，能够稳定投入科研时间。 11. 实习安排：线下科研实习；周期3–6个月；每周投入30小时以上。
