1. 开发智能体功能模块：围绕信息发现、检索核验、关联分析和判断更新等任务，完善多智能体框架，开发可组合、可复用的功能模块与工具接口。 2. 参与多智能体协作机制研发：设计任务拆解与分配、执行调度、智能体通信及结果交叉验证机制，支持多个智能体协同完成复杂任务。 3. 开发持续运行能力：参与任务状态管理、记忆读写、信息增量更新等模块建设，实现新信息与历史数据、相关实体及已有判断的关联维护。 4. 提升系统稳定性与可追溯性：编写自动化测试，完善运行日志、异常处理、失败重试和结果追踪机制，协助定位并解决系统运行问题。 5. 参与框架评测与优化：针对科研、投资等应用场景设计测试任务，对比不同协作策略和调度方案的任务完成效果、运行效率及资源成本，并输出实验分析报告。

1. 招募对象：高中生、本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 计算机、人工智能、软件工程、自动化等相关专业背景优先。 3. 具备数据结构、算法和软件开发基础，了解大语言模型、信息检索或智能体（Agent）相关概念。 4. 掌握 Python 编程，能够阅读、修改和调试已有代码；了解 Git、API 调用及基础软件测试方法。 5. 有大模型应用、智能体开发、后端服务、数据处理系统、开源项目等经验者优先；熟悉异步编程、数据库或任务调度者优先。 6. 能够阅读英文技术文档，具备较强的问题分析与工程实践能力，愿意参与真实系统开发与迭代。 7. 不要求已有正式科研经历或论文发表，更关注编程基础、学习能力和动手能力。 8. 线下科研实习，周期3–6个月，每周投入30小时以上。
