The posting

1. 阅读并整理机器人模仿学习、单样本/少样本学习、视觉行为克隆、具身智能学习方向的相关论文和开源项目，梳理主流算法框架、技术路线与前沿研究进展。 2. 复现并维护机器人视频模仿学习仿真训练环境，负责人类操作视频数据集的预处理、帧提取、姿态解算、数据清洗与标注优化，完成实验环境搭建、参数配置与基础调试工作。 3. 参与基于单段人类视频示范的机器人技能学习方案开发与对照实验，依托视觉特征提取、行为克隆、时序轨迹拟合等方法，实现机器人复刻人类操作技能，分析视频特征匹配度、动作复刻精度、技能泛化性与任务完成效果。 4. 系统整理实验运行命令、环境配置参数、模型超参、随机种子、复刻准确率、任务成功率等评价指标，汇总实验异常与失败案例，绘制实验对比图表，撰写阶段性研究报告与技术总结。 5. 参与课题组例会，定期汇报实验进展、技术难点与阶段性成果。

1. 招募对象：硕士研究生、本科生。 2. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人工程、机械工程、控制科学与工程、数据科学等相关专业背景优先。 3. 具备扎实的 Python 编程基础，熟练掌握 Linux 基础操作，能够熟练使用 Git、终端命令行等工具完成项目管理与实验部署。 4. 了解机器学习、深度学习或机器人运动规划基本原理，有 PyTorch 框架使用、强化学习、机器人仿真、人机交互控制相关经验者优先。 5. 能够独立阅读英文技术文档、顶会论文及开源项目资料，具备良好的实验记录、数据分析、问题复盘及技术文档撰写能力；有机器人科研项目、算法复现、仿真实验、学科竞赛、开源项目贡献经历者优先，无需已有正式科研成果，重点考察科研兴趣、自主学习能力、逻辑思维与执行力。 6. 对人形机器人、视频模仿学习等方向有浓厚且持续的研究兴趣，可长期稳定投入科研时间，严谨高效完成各项阶段性科研任务。 7. 实习安排：线上线下结合，实习周期3–6个月，每周预计投入20-30小时。
