1. 阅读并整理 Looped Transformer、测试时计算扩展、并行计算与动态深度等方向的前沿论文，形成技术调研与实验笔记。 2. 复现标准 Transformer 及代表性 Loop 模型，参与并行 Loop、动态循环等模型原型开发。 3. 设计参数量匹配、计算量匹配的公平对照实验，分析循环次数、参数共享方式和训练策略对模型性能的影响。 4. 探索 Loop 与滑动窗口、稀疏/线性注意力、MoE 等架构的结合方式，分析模型训练稳定性与推理效率。 5. 维护实验代码、配置文件和实验记录，完成阶段性实验汇报与技术报告。

1. 本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 计算机、人工智能、数学、电子信息等相关专业背景优先。 3. 具备 Python、PyTorch 编程基础，了解 Transformer、深度学习等相关知识。 4. 能够阅读英文论文并完成模型复现、实验分析等任务。 5. 本科生具备课程项目、论文复现、算法竞赛或开源项目经历者优先；硕士研究生具备大模型训练、模型结构研究、分布式训练或性能优化经验者优先。 6. 对大语言模型、新型模型架构与推理效率优化方向具有持续兴趣，重视实验可复现性，能够稳定投入科研时间。 7. 线上线下结合，实习周期3–6个月，每周预计投入20–30小时。
