1. 调研并整理大语言模型、智能体（Agent）、个性化行为基础模型、迭代自提升（Self-Improvement）等方向的前沿论文和技术资料，跟踪相关研究进展。 2. 参与大规模社会行为数据处理工作，包括数据清洗、数据筛选、训练数据集构建与质量分析，为大模型训练提供高质量数据基础。 3. 参与个性化行为基础模型的研发，包括模型结构设计、训练流程优化、模型评测及实验分析，探索大模型对复杂社会行为模式的建模能力。 4. 参与社会模拟智能体系统研究，探索智能体在社会环境中的迭代学习、自我提升和行为演化机制。 5. 协助搭建社会模拟工程系统，包括大规模智能体构建、并行推理、系统性能优化等，实现面向复杂社会场景的智能模拟。 6. 参与实验设计、结果分析和技术文档整理，参加课题组讨论并进行阶段性研究汇报。

1. 招募对象：本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 计算机、人工智能、统计学、数据科学等相关专业背景优先；新闻传播、社会学、心理学等相关专业背景且具备 AI 项目经验者同样欢迎。 3. 具备 Python 编程基础，了解机器学习、大语言模型和数据处理基本方法。 4. 具备以下能力者优先：大语言模型相关项目经验；模型训练、微调、推理或评测经验；大规模数据处理和训练数据构建经验；Vibe Coding（基于 AI 辅助编程工具快速开发验证）实践经验。 5. 能够阅读英文技术论文和资料，具备基础实验设计、代码实现和结果分析能力。 有以下经历者优先：大模型、智能体、社会模拟相关科研或项目经历；机器学习竞赛、开源项目或人工智能应用开发经历；数据分析、社会行为建模或复杂系统研究经历。 6. 具备较强的学习能力和跨学科探索能力，能够理解人工智能与社会科学交叉研究问题。 7. 对大模型社会模拟、个性化行为建模、智能体自主进化和 AI 驱动社会研究方向具有持续兴趣，能够稳定投入科研时间。 8. 实习安排：线上线下结合；周期3–6个月；每周投入20–30小时。
