1. 搭建并维护机械臂、灵巧手、电机、力/位置传感器等机器人实验平台，完成设备通信和基础控制接口开发。 2. 编写并调试机器人底层控制程序，将上层控制算法部署到真实机器人或边缘计算设备，实现实时闭环控制。 3. 开发并优化电机、传感器和控制器之间的数据通信、状态采集与控制指令链路，提高控制频率和系统稳定性。 4. 开展并排查机器人抓取、接触、扰动恢复和人机柔顺交互等实机实验中的软硬件问题。 5. 整理并沉淀硬件接口、驱动程序、部署脚本和调试文档，形成可重复使用的机器人实机开发工具链。

1. 高中生、本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 高中生：不要求正式科研经历，具备数学、物理、编程、机器人基础和兴趣即可，有竞赛经验为佳。 3. 本科生与硕士生：自动化、机械电子、机器人、电子信息、计算机、控制工程等相关专业优先。 4. 了解机器人系统、电机控制、传感器、嵌入式系统或实时控制基本原理。 5. 具备 C/C++ 或 Python 编程基础，有 Linux、ROS/ROS2、单片机、STM32 等开发经验者优先；了解 CAN、串口、EtherCAT 等机器人通信方式者优先。 6. 有机器人比赛、机械臂/移动机器人项目、电机控制、嵌入式开发或硬件调试经验者优先。 7. 喜欢动手调试，能够耐心定位软硬件问题，对“把算法真正跑到机器人上”有兴趣。 8. 线下科研实习，实习周期3–6个月，每周预计投入20-30小时。
