1. 调研感知、逻辑、记忆、执行及安全控制等生物功能模块，整理其功能描述、适用条件、验证结果和研究局限。 2. 梳理模块间的接口匹配、适用背景、资源负担和潜在相互影响等约束，在导师指导下整理兼容性评估条目与证据依据。 3. 将示范场景中的研究需求转化为可检查的设计任务，编写兼容、不兼容及证据不足等评测样例，并由项目组复核。 4. 对照原始文献和项目数据，核查智能体输出的模块推荐、证据引用与风险提示，归纳错误类型并提出改进建议。 5. 整理记忆型肿瘤治疗机器人示范场景的设计依据、待验证问题和结果记录，形成证据清单、评测报告及阶段研究文档。

1. 本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 生物科学、生物技术、生物医学工程、生物信息学或相关专业；具备分子生物学、遗传学或细胞生物学基础，对合成生物学与 AI 交叉研究有兴趣。 3. 能够阅读英文生物医学论文，区分研究结论、实验条件和证据局限，使用电子表格规范整理证据。 4. 能够完成基础数据分析；了解 Python、R 或生物信息工具者优先，愿意与算法和数据同学共同定义评测任务。 5. 本科生不要求正式科研经历，具备相关课程基础和文献阅读能力即可；硕士研究生应能够独立完成一个专题调研或评测子任务。具备合成生物学、生物电路、文献证据整理或相关科研项目经验者优先。 6. 线上线下结合，实习周期3–6个月，每周预计投入30小时以上。
