1. 调研大模型后训练前沿方法：阅读并整理个性化行为基础模型、模型自提升（Self-Improvement）、大模型后训练等方向的论文与技术资料，跟踪领域最新研究进展。 2. 构建与处理训练数据：参与大规模数据清洗、筛选、整理和训练数据集构建，为模型训练与优化提供高质量数据支持。 3. 参与模型设计与训练优化：协助开展大模型结构设计、训练流程搭建、参数优化及实验调试，探索提升模型能力的方法。 4. 开展模型评测与分析：设计实验方案，对模型能力、泛化性能和任务表现进行评估，分析不同训练策略对模型效果的影响。 5. 参与社会模拟智能系统研究：结合社会模拟场景需求，参与个性化行为建模、迭代自提升框架及大规模智能体系统相关研究。 6. 参与科研协作与成果整理：参加课题组组会，汇报阶段性研究进展，整理实验记录和技术文档。
