1. 阅读并整理大模型智能体、AI Scientist、自进化智能体、强化学习与智能体协作等方向的前沿论文和技术资料，跟踪相关研究进展。 2. 复现指定开源模型、智能体框架或相关算法，搭建实验环境并完成基础实验与效果评测。 3. 参与大模型智能体系统与算法研发，探索智能体在经验积累、反馈学习、任务规划和工具使用等方面的自主进化能力。 4. 协助开展智能体数据构建、实验设计、模型测试与性能优化，分析不同方法对智能体能力提升的影响。 5. 参与相关技术报告、研究总结和论文撰写，整理实验结果并进行阶段性研究汇报。

1. 招募对象：本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 计算机、人工智能、数学、统计、软件工程等相关专业背景优先。 3. 具备 Python 编程基础，了解机器学习、深度学习、大语言模型等基本方法。 4. 对以下方向具有研究兴趣：大模型智能体（LLM Agent）；AI Scientist；智能体自进化；强化学习与反馈学习；自主科学发现。 5. 能够阅读英文技术论文，具备基础实验复现、数据分析和问题定位能力。 6. 有以下经历者优先：大模型相关项目；智能体开发；论文复现；算法竞赛；开源项目经历。 7. 具备一定的工程实践能力，能够参与模型运行、实验环境搭建、代码调试和结果分析。 8. 对“如何让智能体通过经验积累、反馈学习和持续优化实现自主进化”这一问题具有研究兴趣，愿意探索开放性研究问题。 9. 具备较强的学习能力和团队协作意识，能够稳定投入科研时间，持续跟进实验进展。 10. 实习安排：线上线下结合；周期6个月以上；每周投入20–30小时。
