1. 阅读并整理具身智能、灵巧手操作、运动重定向与强化学习方向的相关论文和开源项目。 2. 复现并维护灵巧手仿真与训练环境，协助完成数据处理、配置管理和基础实验。 3. 参与 SPIDER-H 物理重定向与 DexMachina 强化学习方案的开发和对照实验，分析参考轨迹、接触状态及策略表现。 4. 整理实验命令、配置、随机种子、评价指标和失败记录，制作结果图表并撰写阶段性研究报告。 5. 参加课题组例会，汇报阶段进展。

1. 招募对象：本科生、硕士研究生。 2 专业/学科背景：计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人、数学、数据科学等相关专业背景优先。 3. 课程或知识基础：了解机器学习或深度学习基本方法。 4. 编程/实验/工程能力：具备 Python 编程基础，能够在 Linux 环境下使用 Git 和常用命令行工具；具备 PyTorch、强化学习或机器人仿真经验者优先。 5. 科研、项目或竞赛经历：能够阅读英文技术资料和相关论文，并具备基本的实验记录、结果分析与技术写作能力；有科研项目、论文复现、算法竞赛或开源项目经历者优先，但不要求已有正式科研成果，更关注学习能力、研究兴趣和执行力。 6. 其他要求：对具身智能、灵巧手操作和强化学习有持续兴趣，能够稳定投入科研时间，认真完成阶段性任务。 7. 实习安排：线上线下结合，实习周期3–6个月，每周预计投入20-30小时。
