The posting

1. 搭建和调试多机器人实验系统，包括小车机器人以及人形机器人、无人机、机器狗等异构平台的接入。 2. 开发机器人运动控制、无线通信、定位、数据采集和任务执行等基础软件模块。 3. 部署和调试边缘计算、机器人间通信以及上位机任务调度程序，实现算法从仿真到真实机器人的落地。 4. 完成动作捕捉、机器人轨迹记录、实验数据采集和自动化实验流程，并排查实验中的软硬件问题。 5. 参与协同搬运、异构调度、放牧围捕等集群实验，形成可重复运行的 Demo、代码和技术文档。

1. 高中生、本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 高中生：不要求正式科研经历，具备数学、物理、编程、机器人基础和兴趣即可，有竞赛经验为佳。 3. 本科生与硕士生：自动化、机器人、机械电子、电子信息、计算机、控制科学等相关专业背景优先。 4. 了解机器人运动控制、传感器、通信、嵌入式系统或计算机网络中的至少一个方向。 5. 具备 C/C++ 或 Python 编程能力，能够阅读和修改已有机器人控制代码。 6. 有 Linux、ROS/ROS2、单片机、嵌入式开发、串口/CAN/无线通信等经验者优先。 7. 有机器人竞赛、智能车、无人机、机械臂、机器人操作系统或其他软硬件项目经验者优先。 8. 具备较强的动手能力和工程问题排查能力，愿意进行真实机器人实验和反复调试。 9. 线下科研实习，实习周期3–6个月，每周预计投入20-30小时。
