1. 阅读医学智能体、循证推理、大语言模型及自动化科研相关论文，梳理医学科研流程，将文献检索、证据分析、研究问题生成等环节拆解为可执行任务。 2. 参与医学科研智能体系统开发，构建结合文献检索、多模态理解、工具调用和推理能力的智能体原型。 3. 设计医学智能体测试任务和评价指标，评估智能体在证据检索、推理过程、工具调用和科研任务完成方面的能力。 4. 分析智能体运行过程中的推理错误、证据不足和流程失败原因，探索智能体工作流优化方案。 5. 参与医学自动化科研流程设计，包括文献分析、实验方案辅助生成、结果整理和研究记录管理等任务。 6. 整理实验数据和研究文档，参加课题组讨论并进行阶段性汇报。

1. 招募对象：本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 计算机、人工智能、生物医学工程、医学等相关专业背景，或对医学与 AI 交叉研究具有兴趣。 3. 本科生：具备基础 Python 编程能力，能够阅读英文技术资料，愿意学习大语言模型应用、文献检索和智能体开发方法。 4. 硕士研究生：了解大语言模型、多模态模型基本原理，能够使用 Python 完成工具调用、数据处理和智能体原型开发，并设计基础实验与评测方案。 5. 对医学智能体、检索增强生成（RAG）、自动化科研、多模态推理等方向具有研究兴趣。 6. 不要求已有正式科研经历或论文发表；有智能体开发、软件工程、RAG、模型调用或相关课程项目经历者优先。 7. 具备较强的问题拆解能力、实验分析能力和团队沟通能力，重视结果可靠性与可复现性。 8. 实习安排：线上线下结合；实习周期：6个月以上；每周投入时间：20–30小时。
