The posting

1. 阅读并整理 AI for Biomedical Science、生物医学大模型、科学智能体（Scientific Agent）等方向的前沿论文和技术资料，了解人工智能赋能生物医药研发的最新进展。 2. 参与生物医学文献智能分析体系建设，对科研论文进行结构化拆解，围绕“研究动机 — 实验方法 — 结果分析 — 结论推导”的逻辑完成文献节点标注、数据整理和质量复核。 3. 协助搭建面向生物医药研究的文献分析 Agent 工作流，参与多智能体协作流程设计，调试工具调用、长程记忆、知识检索和自动化报告生成等模块。 4. 参与生物医学 AI 系统评测体系建设，协助构建 Benchmark 任务、制定评价标准，并分析智能体在文献理解、知识推理和科研辅助任务中的表现。 5. 根据项目进展参与实验设计、数据分析和技术验证工作，并参加课题组讨论和阶段性研究汇报。

1. 招募对象：本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 计算机、人工智能、数学、统计、生物信息学、生物医学等相关背景优先，对生物医药研究和 AI for Science 方向感兴趣者优先。 3. 具备 Python 编程基础，了解机器学习、深度学习或大语言模型基本方法，能够完成基础数据处理和实验开发。 4. 对以下方向具有研究兴趣：科学智能体（Scientific Agent）；生物医学大模型；多模态人工智能；AI 辅助药物研发；生物医学知识挖掘与推理。 5. 能够阅读英文技术资料和科研论文，具备信息整理、实验分析和问题定位能力。 6. 具备以下经历者优先：大语言模型、智能体或 RAG 系统开发经验；生物医学数据分析、生物信息学项目经验；文献挖掘、知识图谱、数据标注或 Benchmark 构建经验；机器学习、深度学习相关科研项目或竞赛经历。 7. 具备较强的学习能力和团队协作能力，能够参与文献数据建设、智能体系统开发和实验评估等工作。 8. 对“如何利用人工智能理解复杂生命科学知识，并推动药物发现与生物医学研究自动化”这一方向具有持续兴趣，能够稳定投入科研时间。 9. 实习安排：线上线下结合；周期6个月以上；每周投入10–20小时。
