The posting

1. 阅读并整理 Streaming Video Generation、Interactive Generation、World Model 及长视频生成等方向的前沿论文，跟进代表性开源工作并完成技术调研。 2. 参与大规模视频数据 pipeline 建设，包括视频切分、质量筛选、语义级片段构建、多模态 caption 及 Interleave 训练数据组织。 3. 复现并训练 Streaming Video Generation 相关模型，参与 Causal 建模、长上下文生成、流式推理及多模态条件控制等模块的实验开发。 4. 设计并完成模型训练、消融实验与评测分析，关注视频质量、长时序一致性、交互响应能力及生成效率等指标。 5. 根据项目进展进一步探索 Interleave Streaming、World Dynamics、Post-training 及实时交互式视频生成等研究方向，并形成阶段性研究成果。

1. 本科生、硕士研究生。 2. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、数学等相关专业背景优先，对视频生成、多模态大模型、World Model 等方向有较强兴趣。 3. 具备 Python 编程基础，了解机器学习、深度学习及 Transformer 等基本方法，修读过相关课程者优先。 4. 具备一定的工程与实验能力，能够使用 PyTorch 等深度学习框架，有模型训练、数据处理或开源项目实践经验者优先。 5. 能够阅读英文论文与技术资料，有科研项目、论文复现、算法竞赛、开源项目或大模型相关实践经历者优先；不要求已有正式科研成果，更关注学习能力、动手能力和研究兴趣。 6. 能够保持稳定的科研投入，愿意长期参与项目迭代，对 Streaming Video Generation、Interactive Generation 及 World Model 等前沿方向具有持续探索意愿。 7. 线上线下结合，实习周期3–6个月，每周预计投入30小时以上。
